Temporary Road Closure - Allisdair and Ellendale Streets

Nelson City Council has received a proposal from Downer Group NZ
to temporarily close the following road to ordinary traffic between the dates listed below:

Allisdair Street and Ellendale Street - Atawhai

Date and time of scheduled closure: Monday 17 June to Sunday 4 August - Road will remain closed 24/7 between these dates - it will be unable to be reopened until the works have been completed.

Closure Type: Donaldson Civil will be digging a trench across the Allisdair Street/SH6 intersection to install a new wastewater pipe.

Delays are likely. Vehicle access for Businesses/Residents, couriers and home help will be available via Tresillian Avenue. Rubbish and recycling bins will be collected as normal.

No roadside parking will be available within the road closure zone.

Pedestrian access will be provided.
