Long Term Plan 2015-25
Nelson's Long Term Plan for 2015/2025 has now been adopted, following consultation with the community.
Nelson City Council produces a 10 year plan which sets out all the projects and services we will deliver. This plan is reviewed and updated every three years. The 2015 - 2025 Long Term plan comes into effect on the 1st July 2015.

Long Term Plan Process:
| 26 March 2015 | Consultation Document is available and consultation period opens |
| 28 April 2015 | Consultation closes midday |
| May 2015 | Proposed Hearings and Deliberations begin |
| June 2015 | Council approves the Long Term Plan 2015-25 |
| 1 July 2015 | Plan comes into effect |
