Register below if you would like to be on the participant list. You do not have to be registered to take part but it is encouraged.

Registrations close 10am Friday 14 February. If you need to cancel or change your details please email rethinkwaste@ncc.govt.nz before registrations close.

In this form we collect personal information from you. We collect this information in order to verify that you are a Nelson or Tasman resident, and to include your information on the participant list and map. We may also use this information to contact you to request feedback. Besides our staff, we may share this information with research companies that we engage toassess the effectiveness of Secondhand Sunday.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected, please contact LGOIMA@ncc.govt.nz .

I understand I am responsible for uncollected goods and will move them back inside if not collected by midday. By my participation in Second Hand Sunday I agree that Nelson City Council and or Tasman District Council have no liability to any person for loss or damage to goods, or for injury or death of persons whether arising from negligence or otherwise and in anyway caused by or connected with the Second Hand Sunday activities. I understand that things such as food or dangerous goods like faulty electrical equipment, chemicals or firearms should be excluded from this activity. I understand I should not put items on the footpath or road.
