Disputing a Parking Fine lodged with the court
If the infringement fine has not been paid by the due date on the final reminder notice (generally 56 days from the date of issue) the fine is referred to the court for recovery.
Once the fine reaches the court, it is generally too late to dispute it. However, there are some grounds where you can dispute.
